Graded-vs-registered firm count correction
Corrected mismatched firm-population figures shown across the site (llms.txt, homepage meta, tools) so every surface consistently reflects the real counts: 20,055 firms graded, out of an 80,028-firm registered extract.

SEC enforcement data restored
Found and fixed an ETL pipeline defect that had been silently rebuilding the enforcement-actions table empty since a data-fetch stage was never wired into the pipeline. Restored 2,526 SEC enforcement records; a from-scratch rebuild now reproduces them bit-identically.
-
Rebuild data-loss guard added
The full-database-rebuild command now refuses to run if it would silently destroy rows from a table no longer wired into the pipeline, rather than completing and reporting success on an emptied table.

False "clean" grade and defunct-firm correction
Fixed two data-accuracy defects: (1) 19,464 firms whose FINRA lookup had returned a placeholder record (no real disclosure data) were being graded "A" as if independently verified clean; they now correctly show as not-yet-reviewed. (2) Long-inactive firms (e.g. the pre-2008 Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley DW entities) were appearing in "most disclosures" rankings meant for currently active firms; excluded.
